Mancat Monday

My medicine is helping me, I have stopped eating Mommy's Cuphea. She is very happy.

And she says I don't look as bony. I will be going back to the Vet June 25th, for them to check my bloods but we expects everything to be looking good. ~Socks, reporting for Alasandra, The Cats & Dogs

Scylla Sunday

The Coral Bean produced a seed pod, we were very lucky.

The hanging basket is looking good. We will have to give Mommy 4 paws for making it.

Socks and I are examining the floor of the Hummingbird Cottage for weeds. We will have to have Mommy pull out any plants we find.

The Maypop is gorgeous.

It had several blooming at one time.

The roses are breathtaking.

I (Scylla) loves the way they smell.

Please come enjoy our garden. The hanging baskets are doing well.

The sky Flower is blooming nicely.

The Asters are putting on a show.

Fenris Friday

 Mommy says I am lazy. I likes to eat laying down. I also refuses to eat unless Mommy sits by me.

 I thinks these are purrfectly reasonable requirements, don't you?

 After I eats I likes to go for a walk and look at the flowers. Our pink Angel Trumpet is blooming.

 The Shasta Daisies and roses are looking good.

After the walk I likes to come in and take a long nap.

Thursday in the Garden

These planters are really doing well.

The Fountain Grass is blooming.

The Lantana and Verbena are blooming too.

The tobacco plant is blooming up a storm.

In the Herb Bed the oregano, cilantro and dill are blooming

The Hydrangeas are blooming.

This one is half purple and half blue.

And this one is all blue.

The Angel Trumpet is blooming this one is white.

We saw a Hummingbird at it this morning but Mommy wasn't fast enough to get a picture.

Now we has to make our report to the Society of Feline Gardeners.

Wildlife Wednesday

The Goslings have grown up. Mommy took these pictures in the dark again, so we apologize for the poor quality.

Some of you have asked about goose poop. They pretty much stays down at the pond and in the tall grass so it isn't really a problem for us.

Some of you have also mentioned how mean geese are, these geese seem to have good manners, we don't bother them and they don't bother us. They didn't even bother Mr. Who when he chased them they just got in the pond.

We imagine they will be flying off soon. This is the first time we have gotten to see the goslings grow up. Usually they leaves before they grows up.

We thinks they stuck around this year because the field next door is all grown up with thick woods. It used to be a field of grass that was mown for hay every year, but ever since the old lady died several years ago they stopped baling hay there and let it grow up.

We enjoyed getting to see the goslings grow up we hope you did too.
